tiveCrea, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of the CourtMapping platform (the “Platform” or “Services”), is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you access or use CourtMapping, including our website and mobile app.
By using CourtMapping, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the overarching tiveCrea, Inc. Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Relationship to TiveCrea, Inc. Privacy Policy
CourtMapping is owned by and operates under the policies of tiveCrea, Inc. To the extent there is any conflict between this CourtMapping Privacy Policy and the tiveCrea Privacy Policy, the tiveCrea Privacy Policy will govern.
1. SCOPE & DEFINITIONS
1.1 Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through our website (courtmapping.com), the CourtMapping platform (platform.courtmapping.com), our mobile application (hosted by Mighty Networks, on Apple App Store and Google Play Store), and related Services. It does not cover any third-party websites or services linked within our Platform.
1.2 “Personal Data”
Any information that can identify you or be linked to you (e.g., name, email, payment info). Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify you is not considered Personal Data.
1.3 Data Controller
For purposes of data protection laws like the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), tiveCrea, Inc. (1111b South Governors Ave, Suite 23902, Dover, DE 19904, USA) is the data controller of your Personal Data.

Disabling cookies may limit functionality or user experience (e.g., forced logout, repeated preference prompts).
5.3 “Do Not Track” Signals
CourtMapping currently does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. We will update this Policy if our practices change.

6. DATA RETENTION
6.1 Retention Period

Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old.
Under 18: Must have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians of minors assume full responsibility for minors’ activities on the Platform, including providing accurate information.
Misrepresentation: If we discover false age declarations, we may suspend or terminate accounts.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
CourtMapping is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have unintentionally collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us at support@courtmapping.com.

Your data may be processed in countries outside of your own, where privacy laws may differ (e.g., servers in the United States). By using CourtMapping, you consent to these transfers. 15. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING & PROFILING
We may use algorithmic tools or machine learning for:
Matchmaking and content recommendations (e.g., suggesting training resources, connecting you with teams).
Analytics to identify usage patterns and user preferences.
These automated processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human intervention. You may contact us if you have questions regarding automated decision-making.
16. MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy is subject to the binding arbitration and governing law provisions outlined in the overarching tiveCrea, Inc. Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise required by local law.
